Wonder Woman Day - Oct 29th

Recently I was asked to create an original piece of art for a charity auction in honor of Wonder Woman Day. It seemed like a very worthwhile cause (it supports shelters for battered women and children) so I did just that and I wanted to make sure everyone here took a moment to look at all the wonderful art created by some great artists. I'm humbled by being included in their comapany. You might want to even bid a few of them...

...And don't forget to also check out Romeo & Juliet:Sealed with a Kiss opening this weekend. Here's a list of the theaters.
If you can't make it to a theater then just go on-line and buy a ticket for Saturday ;)

Damn your work is such an inspiration. I see these dynamic poses and I just..ARG. aspire to be like that completely . /cheese

Too bad none of the theaters are in canada - a feature film done by only one person has got to be one of those things you just cant miss out on.

Nice! I really like how you managed to capture both her feminine side and her ass-kick-ery side.

I think anyone- espically folks visiting your blog- would tell you that it's no surprise to be listed along side with other great artists. You're great yourself! As stated above... lots of us use you as inspiration :D

Is that who I think it is, second in from the right on the Aplpha team?

Thanks for all the comps guys. It is an honor to be included in such fine company -- or is it an insult for AH! and others to have some of us included...hmmmm....

You're sharp, Blazerocket. that is indeed me - tho' my hair isn't quite that white. It's also several of the other members of the crew including Curt Geda, the color stylist, 2 layout artists and 2 PAs. Our little chance to have some fun. A little later I'll have to post another little inside 'homage' I inserted in the show.
