Officially the trailer...

In case some of you haven't seen it yet, I thought I'd post the official trailer for Wolverine & the X-Men. Now you can see what I spent a good part of 2007 working on - or, at least, the trailer for it...

Start drooling now fanboys!

UPDATE: I hadn't realized that some might assume that these were my designs. They are not. I was not involved in the designs other then in the way a director normally is involved. The character designer was AJ Jothikumar.

It looks amazing. I'm going to have to put myself in a time capsule until the series comes out. I'm very glad that Emma Frost is getting more love these days and Rogue's concept looks excellent.

It looks really, really good. I'm loving the huge breadth of characters and storylines shown, which reminds me of the good ol' 1990s animated series.

However, one thing that is really annoying me (because of my love of the character) is a noticeable lack of Storm. I mean, she appears in the opening scene when Charles disappears, and she is also shown in the posters for the show, but then you don't see her again? Was this some kind of marketing decision or something?

Yes, it is great that you are taking the helm for this project. I was really disappointed to see x-men evolution to end at such a critical point in the story. But this looks phenomenal. The Character design is amazing once again. And no question that the animation is outstanding.
Im an animation student myself at the Kansas City Art Institute and I am curious about internships and where your "base of operations" is.

Interesting. How much of a challenge was it to do yet another re-design on the X-men? I've seen your movie-based drawings, and of course we're all familiar with Evo, yet this is different from both of those takes.

I'm liking what I see so far! I got a kick out of the fact that the Brotherhood is still travelling in a green Jeep. XD

do you think it will air in Australia?

I think all the fans of both X-Men shows should be very pleased with this new show when it airs. When that will be? I have no idea. And what countries it will air, I also have no ide.
Just to be clear: I'm glad you all like the designs, but I had very little to do with that. I was just one of three directors on the series.
