Just a quick update and a promo for a worthwhile event. Woman Woman Day is good chance to bid on some great artwork by some world class artists (including one of my personal favorites Adam Hughes) and to do some good for a couple of charities. I contributed a piece last year and was asked to do so again this year.
As the first non work-related drawing I've done in a long time it seemed like a good way to get my feet 'wet' again. Hopefully you'll all check out the auction 0n Oct. 28 and bid on some nice art...hopefully mine included.

Wonder Woman! Very nice. I'm curious now, though- how much time do you get to spend on non-work related drawing? Do you get "tired" of it- like how chefs don't want to make dinner when they go home?
Hi! I e-mailed a commission request to you about two weeks ago and I'm wondering if you received it? Sorry; I get so paranoid about important e-mails getting through.
Blaze - thanks for the compliments. How much time do I have for non-work? up until now almost none and the little free time I did have I wanted to sit and veg and spend it with my family. Now that I have some free time (more to come soon) I should be able to do many of the misc projects I'd had planned on doing for some time. Including commissions - which I will be contacting you shortly about, Lisa.
ya so when is there gonna be a Jean Grey day?
Great Animation Blog. Your length in the industry is a great inspiration.
Don't take this the wrong way but I've become so accustumed to seeing you draw Marvel charecters that it's kind of weird to see you take on someone from DC.
Keep them updates coming.
jamal igle post something too on his blog
This is more like IT! One of the best blogs I've ever visited! Steven must be commended for his great contribution in the Industry!
